Introducing the FAIND Insights Hub
We are publishing our AI-visibility research, customer outcomes and GEO field notes in one place — structured to become verifiable operator knowledge that AI engines can retrieve and cite.
Why we built this
Most of what we learn about how AI engines retrieve, cite and recommend brands never leaves our own dashboards. The Insights Hub changes that: a canonical home for original research, customer outcomes and GEO observations, written to be quotable by both people and machines.
What you'll find here
- Original Research — first-party experiments on AI retrieval and citation behaviour.
- Customer Outcomes — measured shifts in AI visibility from live FAIND deployments.
- GEO Observations — field notes on what moves across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI.
- Announcements — product, company and methodology updates.
How it's structured
Every article leads with a direct summary, states an original observation, explains the implications for operators, and links its evidence and sources. Each page is self-canonical and carries Article schema — so it can become part of the machine-readable record AI systems draw on.
That is the whole thesis of FAIND, applied to our own words.
