These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getfaind.com, app.getfaind.com, and the services provided by leif ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Karl-Marx-Str. 250, 12057 Berlin, Germany ("FAIND", "we", "us"). By using our Website or Services, you agree to these Terms.
FAIND Platform (Agentic Web CDN). We provide a SaaS tool that generates an AI-optimized, static copy ("shadow site") of your publicly available website to improve accessibility for AI systems, and we deliver it via our CDN.
AI Visibility Report. You may request a one-time report that analyzes how your domain and content are seen by AI systems based on publicly available information.
You must be at least 18 years old. By submitting a domain for the AI Visibility Report or connecting a site to the FAIND Platform, you confirm you are authorized to represent and analyze that domain and its content.
Access to paid plans requires registration with a valid email. Login is provided via magic link. You are responsible for securing access to your email and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts in cases of suspected misuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and relevance of your content. By providing your website/domain, you confirm you have the rights and permissions for FAIND to crawl, analyze, render, and temporarily process publicly available data from that site to provide the Services. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or confidential data not intended for public access.
All intellectual property in FAIND’s software, reports, and generated materials belongs to leif ventures UG or its licensors. By requesting an AI Visibility Report or using a paid plan, you grant FAIND a revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your company name and logo on our website and marketing materials as a customer reference. You can withdraw this permission at any time by emailing leif@getfaind.com, and we will remove your logo within a reasonable time.
Pricing and plan features are shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in advance, renew automatically, and can be canceled at any time before renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details. Any applicable taxes are your responsibility.
FAIND is provided "as is" and "as available". While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially during MVP and early access phases. Maintenance, updates, third-party platform changes, or network conditions may affect availability or performance.
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant FAIND a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and incorporate that feedback into our products and services without restriction or obligation to you.
You may not: (a) resell, sublicense, or offer the Services as a service bureau without our written consent; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (d) use automated means to access the Services except through our documented interfaces; (e) use the Services to violate applicable laws or third-party rights. Agencies may use FAIND on behalf of clients only under an agency plan or our prior written approval.
We do not warrant specific rankings, mentions, citations, or recommendations by AI systems or search engines. Outcomes depend on external platforms beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAIND disclaims all implied warranties. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or breach of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten). In the latter case, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. For the Agentic Web CDN, FAIND acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Customers remain the controller for content and the lawfulness of their origin site and robots rules.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate the Services if you materially breach these Terms or use the Services unlawfully. Upon termination, we may delete or anonymize stored artifacts (e.g., shadow pages) after a reasonable period.
These Terms are governed by German law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
